Were currently in the process of updating our subcontractor database and are looking to add more installers.

We are a well established aluminium fabricator of the Technal (used to be known as Sapa) and Comar system. 

90% of our operations is working in schools, however we do also take on projects like Police stations, fire stations, healthcare sector, large residential refurb and a small amount of new build.

We undertake works in Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, London (Excluding Central), Kent 

All our installers are self employed and are earning £40k -£60k per year.

Payments are made every two weeks on the Monday following the previous two week period. 

Must have own vehicle and tools 

How we operate

• We make 1st delivery of the new windows to site at the start of the project and then make deliveries in batches in accordance to the programme. 

• Refurb projects – Our installers either clear to the main contractors skips or to a compound area where we will then collect the rubbish. 

• Our project managers carry out an induction on day 1 and then will be making regular visits to site. 

• We do not expect installers to collect materials or return waste to our premises.
